Refund policy

Our goal is to make any payment made by our users or patients seamless for them. With this, we have a very smooth payment process and the following cancellation policy:

Midycare users can ask the Patient Experience Team about the status of payment by sending an e-mail to info@midycare.com.

We encourage you to carefully read our policies, conditions, and terms of use. This will detail all the information that you need regarding our obligations and your rights as our users or patients with regard to any payment that you make via the payment link we provide.

Our team makes sure that all services are provided according to customer specifications and abides by the quality of care standard.

In case if your payment fails, then you will be refunded back to the same method of payment. The refund may take up to 7-15 Business Days to be processed.

Note: Midycare is not withholding any payment made by you that is failed. The Bank is solely responsible for the time taken to process the refund.
